There are lots of people in the world do the transaction in Bitcoin and lots of Indian people also do the transaction in Bitcoin too. Right now there is a issue whether Bitcoin is legal or not for India. I want to get the suggestion, reviews and Responses about this topic from mylotter. I'm not sure if it is legal in India but here in Philippines it's a legal.

As far as my knowledge goes in India Bitcoins are not approved and it is considered as illegal! I ahve got no idea if any amendment has been done in the recent past!
