If you have to give one piece of advice to people who are stressed, what would you say?

Stress can do a lot to people and affects our mental and physical health. People who are stressed are more irritable than those who aren't. They also suffer insomnia, become forgetful, and are less capable of concentrating. Stress can be a part of our daily life and when accumulated, results are not always good. What is the best advice you can give to people who are stressed?

@neelia_lyn i agree. it is also a way to reduce the carbon dioxide off in our body if we do the pursed-lip breathing.

If the pressure is too great, you can take part in a sport. This will relieve the pressure.

For me, it always helps to talk it out with others. Sometimes we put the stress on ourselves, and it can easily be resolved.

Well. As we all know that Stress can`t be prevented but we can cope up with it. It`s really hard to give an advice to people having it especially when you don`t know what caused it. I guess, a good counceling where the person can openly discuss all about it and release it all out and from there you can give some good advice but can never be general
