Does this sites realiable?

Hi, I have to withdraw some bucks, they give one of these 3 sites to withdraw-payeer + perfectmoney + solidtrustpay do you use one of this site and can tell me if it's reliable? or if one of this site let withdraw balance to PayPal?
I would appreciate you help

I also prefer to use Paypal, but not all the sites have Paypal...
