That's also fine, though you might check for maybe Indian recipes for that, they have some amazing dishes (Vegan)

There are people that prefer this as a patties.. or omelette, they have really good values my friend.

I enjoy sprouting them and eating then with other vegetables, especially with some avocado.

Oh, yes I also sprouting them, this process enrich their GOOD values, I can eat them that way with some beard and hey I'm happy

@saritflor no, I haven't. But I often eat them with rice or pasta. Have you tried lentils with pasta?
