Actually, I didn't forget cooking but these old noodles need to boil technically and I boiled it like other new start cooking noodles. Those old noodles became sticky to each other and it was hard to cook properly as I forgot how to cook it. The noodles burnt too.
Next time I won't make this mistake because now I know I need to boil water with oil and salt that those noodle sticks never get stick to each other and I can cook it appropriately.
Did you make the same mistake I made? I guess No!

@SHOHANA you don't have to put oil when boiling a water for a pasta. Well, I don't. I used to but then a few years ago while watching cooking show on the tv, the chef said that oil is not needed in boiling the water for noodles. Just put olive oil right after you sieved and put the pasta in the bowl and mix it well.

Once, I made soup on the gas stove. I forgot to turn off the fire and it lasted four hours. I didn't realize it until I smelled something terrible.

Yes, we all make mistakes in our cooking. Through mistakes, hit and trial....you become a super chef!! Many of my culinary experiments were a disaster in the beginning but I take a pride in saying that despite all the mistakes that I make or have made, I am a fantastic cook.
