I have visited Brussels a couple of times, being European I know more or less what we all know about the other European countries.

@MALUSE This is so true, I know exactly where the US States are on a map and which is the capital of the State. I know that it's not always the other way round. When we lived in Monte-Carlo and asked "where do you come from". After replying "Monte-Carlo" most American said, I know that place it is in Spain.

Oddly enough, the book I'm currently reading, Noblesse Oblige by Cynthia Smith, is mostly set in Belgium, involving their royal family. It was written in 1996. I already knew the Belgians have two official languages: French and Flemish.

Im from Genk a small town here in belgium we have a own festival one a year Genk on stage and its fully free aslo we have our national soccer krc Genk and we have a very funny own street dialect our town is starting to get famous in belgium. If you ask someone from belgium do you know Genk they defenetly know Genk !
