Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is a gorgeous morning here at the Jersey Shore. It is currently 70 degrees F with an expected high of only 76 today.
I slept as best I could last night with my shoulder issues. I sleep on my sides, so the pain is problematic for me. I just switch from one to the other throughout the night. I am going to call the orthopedic office today, though, to schedule a cortisone shot for the other one. No sense in dragging this out like I did with the first one.
That being said, guess where I am about to leave to go to? Yup, the gym. 
I need to just go and do as much as I can. No sense in paying $160 a month for a gym membership that I'm not using.
I don't have any big plans for the rest of my day other than trying a new recipe from my Margaritaville cookbook. It is somewhat involved so it should keep me busy for most of the afternoon.
What's everyone else up to today?

Yes it is a wonderful day out today. I am going to spend the day with my daughter. Go out walking and driving. Money is tight so shopping might be out of the question. But hey, I need to do something with her. Then maybe later on tonight I will watch a movie with her. Home and relaxed with some snacks. Nice!!! Enjoy the day on the shore.

Evening here and I'm already in bed with my green tea on the bedside table mylotting. I'm just waiting for my friend in Malaysia to be home before I call him in Skype and we will watch Game of Thrones. We do it every night. He hasn't seen it and he really liked it when I introduced the series to him last month. Now he's addicted but he only enjoys watching it with me online.

Hope your shoulder is feeling better soon, even with the shot. Sedated or not? 'm still taking it easy today, though my left side is still sore. I'll do some reading this afternoon and put off cleaning until Thursday. Hope that recipe is a winner.

I'll let you know how the recipe turns out. The shot that they did for my right shoulder was a simple thing. Just bing bang boom. No sedation necessary. It took less than a minute and it didn't feel any different from any other injection.
