I currently am on my way to losing weight to reach my ideal body as I am getting fatter by the day. (haha) Anyway, I'm implementing for myself a low-carb diet and I try to avoid sugary food. For stricter diet, I recommend following the Keto Diet. It's really popular and a great diet if you want to lose weight. Follow it up with Cardio exercises, or even go to the gym to lift weights to form your muscles. Anyway, in the end, it's all about discipline. I recommend starting small and gradually getting intense.

@banksim They could work but it's really true that without proper diet, you can't achieve the ideal form you want. Still, swimming and jogging does give significant changes to your body form and weight.
