Does anyone use freedompop?

So I just tried to order a hotspot from freedompop. I wanted to get wifi for my rv so I can stay linked to my internet world lol. Somehow that page started glitching and ordered 4 additional devices after over a half hour on the phone with customer service I was told I have to wait til it's shipped before the can cancel the other devices. An additional 3-7 business days for the refund of my money I wanted to cancel the whole order. I guess my question is is it even worth it? Just venting my mornings frustrations don't mind me lol.

Long shot of a question - but nope I do not use that site and do not use it. I would not feel safe if the site glitches and ordered 4 additional devices without your permission. I'd ask them to escalate the concern to a major and cancel them all.
If you ship it all then how it is cancelled? You'll have to ship it back?? Contact your credit card company to let them know.

I never heard of that service and not sure if we have access to it here.
