Yepper, I am happy.
Yesterday it rained, that really made my day.
It also stayed cloudy most of the day and is still cloudy now
After those triple digit temperatures I had to nap through this is such a relief.
One thing that is weird is that I actually remember last nights dream. For me that in itself is weird but then the dream was weird. I dreamed I was moving from a run down house to an almost new house which was going to cost no more than what I had paid for the old one but that isn't the weird part, it was my Dad being in this dream that was weird. He passed away in 1980 and this is the first time he has been in my dreams.
Well, at least it wasn't a nightmare.
The photo attached to this is of a Mimosa Blossom, I took that shot around 2014 and thought it would be fun to share. Do you have any Mimosa trees growing where you are?

I think people only drink mimosas here.

How funny that to me the high 20s is cool and comfy whereas the high 30s is an issue here. Each region has a different idea of what is hot and what is not. Is it still humid where you are?
The beauty of this desert region is that when the temps go over 37(c) the humidity is usually about 3% to 10%.
I never would have thought of fish but I suppose there you would have a lot of them.

We got a storm today, and it was rough, thunder and lightening, the tv lost it's signal and internet interruptions, but at least it cooled it down.

I suppose if it cooled down then losing signals for a little while was worth it, I hope.

That is a nice shot of the Mimosa. I have weird dreams often. Sometimes, I can remember them and sometimes I can't.

@rebelann I am weird about dreaming. For a while, my dreams were so vivid that they would wake me up and I would remember all of the details. Then they started getting to where I did not remember them at all. Now I am in a phase that I do remember them.

I have only had a few dreams that I could actually remember @Shellyann36 I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

I'm glad you had a good dream. And you have good weather. I've never seen a mimosa tree.

OMGoodness! That photo is gorgeous!
Yes, we have a Mimosa tree growing in our back yard, but I've never gotten that close to a bloom before.
Was your dad selling you the newer house, or telling you to buy it???

I'm betting if a dream reader .... oh good grief, that reminds me of a song .... analized my dream it would turn out to be about something really off the wall having nothing to do with dad or houses @DaddyEvil

Thank you, I'm glad you like it.
He wasn't selling or telling me anything he just seemed shocked. I suppose, upon reflection, that he might have been shocked that a new home wouldn't cost more than the old run down home. I've never been able to make sense out of my dreams.

I would have slept on an outdoor cot @paigea those travel trailers are too small so the heat gets bad in them. Heck, I have a 16x56 mobile home and when it's 108 outside it's seems hotter in here, my cooler hasn't worked in a couple years and now I just don't feel like trying to fix it, it seems I have gotten used to the heat.

Mom tried to grow one here but the atmosphere is way to dry for them. They are so pretty though.

I am also happy to hear that you are getting rain in your area and also it is cloudy there. But here it again started very hot . I am still thinking when full fledged rain will start.
About your dream, i think while sleeping you were remembering your father and thats why you was seeing him in your dreams. Usually whatever we thought while sleeping that will come into dreams.

It is still hot here too but at least not as hot.
That is a good theory, I do recall finding a notebook of his yesterday on which he had written the prices of some items he wanted to buy. It was old.
