We here in the Northeast as well as other parts of the US and Canada, are experiencing our first real heat wave of the season. It is suppose to peak tomorrow at 102* F, that’s real temperature not index which will be much higher.
I am blessed to have an AC and my thoughts are with those who don’t. Stay hydrated, best to keep windows and blinds, shades, etc closed to help.

I just love hearing that these kinds of temperatures are heatwaves. I know it is very hot for up north, it still amuses the heck out of me though. It gets to 104 and even worse in my own home because we don't have central air. The season has been gentle on us so far. The hottest we have seen is 112.

Yes everything is relative I guess. I hope you find relief from your heat. We laugh when we watch folks who are unused to snowstorms. I was in AR in 1991, I gonna say Mesquite, I remember staying at a motel there, it was July and yes, it was hot.
