Dinner Is Served! / myLot

Dinner is served!!! I had to do some grocery shopping anyway, since tomorrow is Canada Day, and nothing is going to be open. I wanted to get some cheese, and things to eat as part of a picnic on the balcony tomorrow. Anyway, while I was there, I saw this beautiful big sushi platter, and could not resist bringing it home for tonight's dinner. I absolutely love sushi, and can eat it every day, if it's available. I love trying new food. A lot of people say that sushi is gross, and some won't even try it because of what it is. Not me, I love new foods. What are your thoughts on sushi?

Absolutely, positively love sushi. They now have this "sushi canon" that you can get. I think it's called the Sushuzki or something like that. You open it up, put the sushi rice in it and the ingredients, close it and then push a plunger type thing down and voila out pops perfect sushi. I am the only one in the house that will eat sushi so I can buy sushi and keep it all for myself.

@danishcanadian I've hidden things in the fridge that I know others like. In my house no one touches the vegetable drawer.

I never really cared for sushi until we found the wonderful Japanese Sushi booth at our local grocery store, and a fabulous Japanese restaurant downtown. My wife loves it, and has me hooked too.
