Are you still using Skype?

We used to communicate with foreign friends through Skype in the past. But recently it seemed Whats-app more popular. Early last week, I tried to get in touch with some new friends met in one exhibition. Firstly I tried Skype, but I haven't got even one permission till now. And last Friday, I tried to find them on Whats-app, then I succeeded in several hours! Does that mean Whats-app more convenient and popular now? what's the most popular web chat tool at your side?

I haven't used it for a long time. As today I usually use QQ and Wechat to contact my friends in China. I use Hangout or Viber to contact my foreign friends. It is no need to use Skype.

I used to use a lot of Skype till a few years ago. Now I rarely do video calling. It seems much easier with WhatsApp than Skype as all my friends and family use WhatsApp.

I've been using Skype for ages because of the screen sharing which WhatsApp doesn't offer. If it's only chatting, I use WhatsApp but iMessage mostly.
