Well,I ask money from my parents every now and then though I'm still doing small jobs online but those wouldn't pick all my bills,so I still get back to my parents. I'm still in school though so can't work full time. When is the ideal time to stop asking one parent for money or we are entitled until we leave home. When did you start yours?

Hmmmm. I never stop asking my parents hahaha. Just kidding. I ask them when I want them to treat us out.

When I graduated college and earn a job, I stopped asking my parents for money, and I give money to them for the sake of my siblings education.

When I left home if I needed money I would borrow it from my parents but I always paid it back.

I would say that when you become and adult in every sense of the word including becoming responsible and start earning. At that point of time, one should take over major (and basic) expenses.
