What a weekend

So the weekend is over and Friday and Saturday were oh so hot. Both days were in the 90's and humid, Saturday being the worst of the two it got up to 98 F and with the humidity they said it felt like 108 F (42 C). That is way to hot for me. I stayed indoors most of Saturday. Sunday I had to go to my Granddaughters birthday party and it was an outdoor party. It was still hot but not quite as bad. It was up to 90 but heat index was at 98 F. I stayed in the shade as much as possible and after about 3 hours I was done. I had to leave I was getting to hot. It was nice to see all the family and even seeing my X's side of the family that I have not seen a while. It was a good time except for the heat. The kids seemed to enjoy it and didn't seem to mind the heat. Hope you had a good weekend.
