Way to Go, FBI!!

You do it. I do it. We all do it.
We badmouth the government. A lot of times we see them as incompetent buffoons who can only do one thing right, and that's their lunch break.
Today news has broken that the feds have succeeded in stopping a terrorist attack.
Way to go, feds!
A man in Cleveland had posted a number of threatening posts over the past couple of years, and even went as far as to solicit for someone to help him carry out simultaneous car bombings in Philadelphia and in Cleveland (no jokes about Cleveland this time around, this is dead serious).
The man he met who "offered to help" him carry out the attack turned out to be an FBI agent.
The man was arrested.
Thank you, God, for protecting us! And thanks to the FBI and other agencies for being on the ball to stop this plot!!!
The story from a Cleveland TV station:
Authorities say the suspect talked about hitting targets like St. John's Cathedral and giving remote control cars packed with explosives to the children of military members.

I don't have full faith in them (watch a documentary on J. Edgar Hoover and you'll see what I mean), but they're on the job, that's for sure!

It would be nice if they applied their duties to government officials as well as they do when it concerns us little people.

I heard about this and yes, we often bad mouth the government. As they say the bad guys only have to be right once where they have to be right every time. I think a lot of the problem with why the law enforcement as far as national security and what not get bad mouthed so much is because politicians playing political bs games to gain favor. I always thought on a national level they did a pretty good job. Local law enforcement seems to be the problem these days, but good for them getting this guy and saving a bunch of lives.

That is great that they caught him and he cannot lie about it. I am very happy when our intelligence here stops the terrorists from trying to murder us.

Hi Four Walls. I think the people should work hand-in-hand when it come to these things and not leave it to the FBI or police. We all have a responsibility to keep the community safe.
