With the preaching of how cooked food contains less nutrients, that heating food destroys nutrients and enzymes that helps build the body.Infact it postulated that cooked food is toxic to the body.I wonder how many people eat their food raw.Do you eat yours raw, what do you think about this?

If it is meat, it must be cooked to eat. If it is fruit and vegetables, of course, you can eat it raw.

As I stay in Tokoy, I think RAW food is served most here. There is an island OKINAWA , its sperated from Japan mainland, but its still part of the Japan, It has the world Healthiest people on the planet. The lifespan is about 80-90.
I spent their about 2 years and I saw many glowing people aged 100+. No they werent unhealthy or suffering from pain. But they could ride bicycle and all.. And I asked one of the people about the healthy tips, they replied DONT COOK YOUR FOOD.
I know it sounds crazy, I dont mean not to cook meat and all, it will surely infect you if you eat it raw. But food like lettuce, beans, seeds shouldnt be cooked a lot. Cooking means more heating, that will lose all the essential ingridents needed for the body.
And we eat Sushis too. 100% raw fish. means 1005 proteins and other nutrients.
There are cooked food too, but raw fod have more nutrients than cooked one.
