Almost drove off with the coffee on my car roof!

We went to McDonald's for a quick meal before a 2 hour drive. I grabbed a take away coffee before we left and as we rearranged some baggage, I left the coffee on the roof of the car! After this I got into the driver's seat and searched for my coffee and thankfully realised it was on the roof before I started the car and drove! How forgetful of me... Here's a photograph. Has this happened to you?

I haven't left my coffee on the roof, but my parents once left my shoes on the roof. We had been to the beach and when I had removed the sand from my shoes my mother placed my shoes on the roof. We forgot about them and drove away. We never found them again.

@pitstop That is good you realized it was not where you thought you put it and found it before you drove off. That would have been a mess and then you would not have had your coffee to drink.

i agree, it would have been a mess. i see from the billboard it's open from 9am to 11pm. do you have mcdonald's branches that are open 24/7?

My age is big, but the image file size was too big for this site to handle. So I've resized it and now it's working
