Experience or education-what's important to get a good job?

If I talk about my experience or my field, experience matters here. I am a content writer. With my 3+years of experience, I know how to write different types of content that sell. Though we give pressure to kids to study more, but does it really important to crack a high salaried job? Many of my friends have landed great jobs though they were mediocre while in schools. What do you think?

Both are important. If you have skills, it is icing on the cake

Even mediocre students somehow land high-salaried jobs. I have seen bright students in simple jobs. Some amount of luck may be!

I think the combination of these two things are better.

I think both plays equal roles. But to have and to do justice with a high profile job, experience is must.
