If we perform our work and does not concern about the outcome then only we can give our 100 percent. In real life also we expect a lot from other so we feel hurt a lot in life. If we stop expecting people to be good to us we are more then ready to face this bloody world.

expectations hurt most of the time. and that's true, we have our own brains and physical faculties, we have all the capability to do something productive. Help from other people is a plus but not mandatory.
