I slept during daytime and it was awesome

Today was one of the few occasions when I sleep during daytime too but it was so refreshing and resting. Do you also sleep during daytime too? How many hours out of 24 do you sleep on average?

No I don't.. I sometimes sleep but on my day off only. Glad you rested well.

I rarely take nap during day time..only if I feel tired..day naps effects night sleep.

I generally sleep 6 to 7 hours in the night. I have a habit of taking 1 hour of afternoon nap from 3:30_4:30. It really helps me.
