why can't tv be as informative as this yoga move to de-stress doctor clip?

So when at the doctors office my middle daughter loved to click all the videos on their mini TV they had. One video she played a few times was a yoga move to help with decreasing stress and helping the blood flow to the brain/body to help with moods to get you energized/ non-depressed.
Its a very beginner pose and the name was one I had to look up because honestly, I am awful at remembering the funny names for some moves! This one is "Viparita Karani "!
It does help though! It did get me thinking though... what if the commercials we saw on TV were actually informative and useful to improving peoples lives???
Would it make any difference to the lives of the people who could/would watch them?

This is one of the best poses. However it is important to note that a beginner should first take the advice or better still start only under a yoga specialist. This is because some of the poses are not good for certain conditions.
The viparit karni pose is to be avoided if a person has high blood pressure.
Yoga is a great lifetime activity

@responsiveme Yes, this was actually something I was surprised to speak to the doctor on call about! Since yoga had been something I did on the side, but the doctor actually uses moves as part of their medicine routines. They had a number of different videos people could tap to see (touch screen) so my daughter pretty much watched them all between the waiting times to be seen and get results from tests.
They had them on more than just yoga, but on things to eat, etc.

Getting advice or information all the times might saturate us!! So sometimes silly entertainment is also needed.

then let us be saturated! good information can come in very entertaining ways! Have you ever watched any of the "School House Rock" songs? I know you are from India so it might not be a thing over there or maybe you have a version of it since some of the topics covered by different songs really strongly deal with American History.

It is! I tend to watch quite a few even if some people don't believe "Ancient Aliens" counts. I read it as a base point to do further research since some of the places they mention are just rich with so much other archaeology information that isn't covered by the show.
Commercials though, really could do with a boost!
