Tomorrow my husband, one of our friends and I are going to visit a fair in another part of the country. It is a pretty big place with many different stalls, theme park rides, music and many other things. Sometimes I get anxiety attacks in places with many people, but I hope that things will be okay tomorrow. I want to visit the place and have a nice time with my husband and our friend. In the evening we plan on having dinner in an Uzbek restaurant in the area where our friend lives. We have never been to that restaurant, and it is the only restaurant in Denmark that serves food from Uzbekistan. I look forward to the new experience. I have never had food from Uzbekistan or any other places in Central Asia.

I hope that you will have a good time and not feel too anxious with a lot of people around you. I've never tried any "Authentic" Asian food at all. There are a lot of different Chinese restaurants around here but the food they serve is not the same as what you can find in Mainland China.

Thank you. Yes, I hope that things will be okay tomorrow. Sometimes I have to leave the place after half an hour if there are too many people, but I hope that place isn't too crowded tomorrow. I have never been to China, but I noticed that the food they serve in the Vietnamese restaurants here is different from the food I had when I visited Vietnam. I don't know much about the food from Uzbekistan, but I look forward to a new experience. I know that the owner of the restaurant is from Uzbekistan.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It is the first time I hear about that kind of secret menu. It makes me wonder what kind of food they would include in that menu. The Vietnamse food I have eaten wasn't very spicy, but there might be regional differences between different parts of Vietnam. One thing I noticed in Vietnam was the amount of sea food. In Vietnam they often sold fried rice with fish. In the Vietnamese restaurants in Denmark there isn't much sea food. Sometimes it was hard to buy food in Vietnam because many of the employees didn't speak English and sometimes we didn't understand the menu. A few times we ordered something without really knowing what it was.

@Porcospino Maybe the food will be more authentic since the owner comes from Uzbekistan. I was watching a video from one of the vloggers I follow. He was talking about how you can go to many places in the US and ask for their "secret menu". Well, chinese places anyway. The "secret menu" is the food they actually make and eat in China. I've never had vietnamese cuisine. Is it spicy?

I was planning a trip to Uzbekistan a few years ago. Then I went to an Uzbek restaurant in France and the food was SO terrible that I changed my plans. I hope yours is better than my experience. To be fair, I don't eat meat and meat eaters might find it a lot better than I did.

@MALUSE I struggled in Iran and I think the food would have been similar.

I have visited the website that belongs to the restaurant in Denmark. They have a few vegetarian dishes, but there are definitely more dishes to choose from if you eat meat. I eat meat, and that makes things easier, but I haven't decided which dish I am going to eat. I hope that my experience will be better than yours. Even if I don't like the food I will take it as an experience.

I had a great time at the fair We weren't able to visit the restaurant because it closed down, but tonight I discovered that the owner will start a new restaurant in a different place.

I have never tried Uzbek cuisine, but I think they have interesting recipes, surely central Asian style cuisine.

Unfortunately we weren't able to visit the restaurant tonight. When we arrived we discovered that it had closed down. But tonight I read on the website that they are planning a new restaurant in a different city. On the website I read about some of the dishes, but I have never eaten food from Uzbekistan or other countries in Central Asia. I will definitely visit the new restaurant when it is ready.

@LadyDuck It was disappointing to find out that the restaurant doesn't exisit anymore, but at the least the owner is going to open a new restaurant in a different city. When the new restaurant is ready I want to visit it.
