I've never seen a red radish, we only have white radish here and they are long.

I love radishes! I have always eaten them raw and didn't know they could be cooked and eaten until I saw one of those Rachael Ray food shows on the Food Network where she cooked them and served them.

I love radishes, but only in small amounts. I swear I can feel the effects for what ever they do right away. Quite potent in taste and the effects on our bodies in a good way.

My Dad always had 2 radishes, that he would dip in a little bit of salt for his dinner (that's the noon meal on the farm) every day. I always thought that they had a bit too much kick for me, I like plainer food I guess.

I used to actually enjoy radish before I had gotten older. Not so much a fan now, but I'd be interested to see the way they can be cooked!
