How you deal with stress or frustration? For me Music Works!

In this fast paced life, everyone across the globe would have undergone stress or frustration in personal or professional life. I have heard there is a lot of stress in country like USA wherein people have to be on pills in order to control it. Personally when I am stressed about something, my stress buster is listening to music. It calms me down and makes me feel fresh and light in head. What remedies you undergo when in stress? Do you take pills or try to cure it naturally?

Listening to music helps sometimes. When it doesn't I rather prefer to stay alone for a while, trying to rest, to think or to go for a walk. Pills would be the really last option which I always try to avoid. They also have side effects.

When I am feeling stressed, I usually cure it naturally. I go out with my partner in life --- watch a good movie or try a restaurant that we haven't tried before. Then if we have enough budget, we travel to a new place. Meditation is a good stress-reliever too.

For me music is always there in my life! But apart from that getting back to my hobbies for sometime makes me happy and they serve as good stress relievers!

I also listen to music, it helps alot. And I also watch movies and vlogs as well, it kept me occupied. Or I will just sleep or go out foe a drive.

Presently I am doing Mylot when I feel stressed. Sharing problems with others help. Otherwise I listen to music whenever stressed.
