Remedy for Boils

A hot compress. A facecloth or similar dipped in water as hot as you can bear and applied until it cools. Repeat until the boil bursts then clean and disinfect thoroughly and cover with a gauze pad so that the wound can breathe and heal.

@camillejoy It may take a day or so to come to a head. Treat it with the hot compress twice daily and it should come out.

Hot compress is one of the remedies. I usually do that whenver I have it. It's really effective.
