How many hours of sleep is good for the body

I know sleep is among those things we need to take to get our body working optimally and the right amount should be taken daily.i sleep late most times because of some tasks i need to complete.How many hours sleep do you take daily and how many hours is really good for us?

According to a recent study, people used to need 8 hours daily. Now, we are surrounded by gadgets, that is why we get tired more and need 8,5 hours

I would say between 7-9 hours, never less or more unless one is sick or has an important thing to do. One should go to bed before 11 PM. Since I'm doing that I feel much better.

Seven hours is about optimal for me. I vary between getting six and eight. I can not stay up and work late. I have to get some sleep.
