i am suffering from insomnia sometimes i have to take medicine to get sleep. I told about this to my elder brother he say that you should try this repeatedly count the numbers in your mind it really helps you to sleep.. and the result is quite positive this is my personal experience if any one facing problem to asleep then try this it will help you... Do you know about this..?

Try to listen music.. counting number also helps

I will try this out the next time I can't sleep. I find it hard to sleep because my mind tend to wander hopefully this will work.

I knew about this but it hasn't helped me haha. I'm glad it helps some people though. What worked for me is just lying still with my eyes closed. making sure I'm warm and comfy. At a certain point I can feel my body sleep and my mind slowly follows.

@siliguri Its ok. It's not a bad thing to me. I'm sure it works great for some people and I may not experience what you have but we do both get to sleep in the end so that's good!!!
