Hi everyone.Recently I joined a big company and for the first few weeks never met in person my line manager.After we met each other he came to me and asked me when is my next day in and then he said he would like to spend some quality time with me.Since then very often he will find a reason to talk to me and always smiles at me.He even called me once at home.A very strange thing happened yesterday when I worked back to back with a male colleague, I asked him how was he and nothing else.I saw our line manager talking to one of the supervisors.Minutes later my colleague heard his name on the calling system and was asked to go to report to the werehouse (he never works there btw).He couldn't go as he had customers,but the supervisor came and asked him to move somewhere else.My colleague wasn't happy at all.Today we had quiet a lot free tills and I easily could go on one of them,but No.I was send to the self checkouts where you cannot talk to anyone and saw my boss arranging shelves just beside me.I might be paranoid, but think he is watching me.What is your opinion?Thanks for reading.
