Do you do dieting or not??

Hi mylotters, in today's times people do dieting along with gyming. People do different types of diet in order to reduce weight.
I workout regularly but haven't tried different types of diet. I try to control my diet by cutting down on fried stuff, fast food and sugar.
I eat on weekends and in moderation along with exercise.
Do you do dieting? What do you think about it?

I do not go for any diet. I just do not have the kind of discipline needed for that!

I do not have a specific diet program. I just eat what I want (in moderation) and drink tea, apple cider vinegar or hot lemon afterward. I have to drink something that will aid digestion since I do not exercise regularly. Also, I try to eat foods that are high in fiber such as wheat, apples, and oats.

I used to go on diets and lost the weight bu gained it aback too. I found diets did not work. I finally found Overeaters Anonymous and learned that I have to give up things. I wanted to , but, now I do not eat alot and I try and do some walking and exercises. It sounded in the summer because I am not that hungry and carried into winter so I eat less and lost some weight in the meantime.

I'm changing my diet to be more vegetarian for better health. Hope I loose weight too.

No I do because am always occupied to think of dieting and yet I have a flexible body.I eat what's available.
