Majority portion of the stress we feel in our daily life does not come from the fact that we have a lot of work to be done, it come because we start multiple thing at once and does not bother to finish the task. The task accumulates which cause us to give stress.
If we prioritize the task and finish the task one by one then 50 percent of our stress will vanish from life. Some stress can not be avoided because all situation are not in hand of us.

If you have time try to rest and get it out of your head. Or simply just play your favorite game to distract yourself.

Yes. It is up to us whether we'd dwell on the stress or not. :)

I understand that we can do things at a time. But I do believe that there are individuals that can do multi tasking. Only one thing you should do is to weigh things first if you can do it and if you have the ability to do two or more things at a time. After all, if we are not being honest to ourselves then that is the time the stress comes in.

@banksim And I admire them of their attitude. Not to be stressed despite of the many things that seems to be stressful around us.

Thank God I have a Father in Heaven to give my stress to. =) He loves me and takes my burdens away-if I give them to Him of course.

I portion out stress like this. 1. Stress I'm causing myself, and 2. Stress from the world around me. I keep the former 0% as much possible. The latter however I just accept the bad and look to what I can do to change. If it's a waiting game then so be it. I learn not to take things so personally and live by that daily. Last I learn not to give a hoot to a higher level I never thought I'd reach, but it has had positive effects on my life so I don't see anything wrong with it.
