Autism 20 Years Later

When I was a young girl, I had a son with Autism. Obviously it was very difficult. But I tried to be strong and took him to all the therapies and all that because I thought they would have a cure by the time he was a man. Well, here it is 22 years later: no cure.

Thanks. I thought the scientists would have something by now, but they don't. Nothing is proven and more kids have it. I'm an optimist by nature so I'm shocked that nothing good happened.

@yecall There are many ailments that have no cure yet. But maybe in a few years things will change.
