How do you liven a bad day

I know we one time or the other had a bad day but the fact still remains that life must go on.How do you pull through to overcome such a day and be in a good mood again. Please share your views?

I read verses from the holy scripture...and pray and never cease to pray...it motivates me...to increase my faith and hope that better things has yet to come...and stay connected to him...
