Time will heal everything so I just let it and forget about what happened

Focusing on those in your life who are truly good people who treat you right and would never betray you is key.

I am not sure I am totally over it but I have tried to manage it best I can. It happened six years ago and I was hurt very badly by a particular person. I have since tried to tell myself that this person is a little bit unbalanced, that they are also not very intelligent or loving. I tell myself that they are missing out and hurting themselves rather than me being the ultimate victim. I tell myself that I shouldn't waste my own precious time caring because they probably aren't giving me a second thought. I have tried to regain power through loving myself and feeling proud of who I am and what I do. I will not let anyone belittle that just because they think their ego is more important than anything else.

Time heals most wounds. I can forgive but I can not forget. :)
