Calling All Cuisines

What happens to be on the menu tonight for dinner? Why, pork steaks on the grill my friends.
As you may have noticed, we eat a lot of pork steak around here.
The nice thing about pork, much like chicken, is that there are so many ways to cook it and so many ways to season it, even though you are having the same basic meat, you are not forced to eat the same basic dish.
I have hundreds of seasoning combinations and flavor profiles for my pork in general. But I am wondering what combinations of seasonings might be used by some of you that can give tonight's pork dinner a bit of a twist I have not tried before.
So, I am calling all cuisines. Any certain seasonings you like to use or certain ways you like to prepare your pork? Let me know. I am all ears.
BTW, aren't these piggies deliciously cute?

I am having pork marinated by peach juice. Makes it very tender.

@NJChicaa It does. My wife is actually out with my Mom shopping. I COULD tell her stop by the grocery store and get a couple cans of peaches. I fear by the time she gets home from shopping it might too late to try and marinate something with it. Oh well. But yes...it sounds DELICIOUS.

I love grilled pork steaks! I have a hard time saying that looking at those little piggies in the picture though. I like balsamic vinegar on pork. It gives it a good flavor.

Oh man. Balsamic vinegar is great on so many levels on a good lot of meat. Balsamic chicken is a favorite of mine. But yes...it is difficult sometimes to know that our beloved meat comes from cute critters. We ARE natural omnivores though, and so it is what it is. If vegetarian lifestyles were healthy vegetarians would not be required to take so many supplements to make up the difference.

@porwest Oh that doesn't stop me from eating meat. I don't think I could go without meat. I love it too much. We had BBQ chicken tonight on the grill and it was delicious. I am teaching my son how to grill.

i have not cooked for a few years but i always just fried mine. i also have not shopped for a few years. my daughter does that. do you eat a lot of pork cause its cheaper or you raise pigs, or you just like it best?

When I did eat pork, I used worchestershire sauce.

Once a heart doctor told my sister " wanna kill your neighbor and get by with it? Just feed him pork daily." I try not to eat anything with pork in it.
However, I do cook it for others because they like it. Any fruit, mixed with fresh garlic
