Man oh man its been a interesting time I was alway told it never rains for what it pours and that stands true.I am on anxiety medication and I got it from my primary doctor. So I went to get a refill from him they are know telling me because of all the doctors misdoings I have to get this medication from a therapist because its a psychological medication. So I am weighing the pros and cons I know I do not need a therapist but I need the medications so what do I do and will it maybe a good thing to have someone to talk to about everyday day problems and situations is it for me. Decisions decisions decisions my life is crazy huh.

Many many years ago I went through a year of anxiety. I survived but I did have an issue that they wanted me to see a therapist. I did not like that and I felt I had nothing to discuss with her and I did not like her method. They took me off of Xanax but I did survive and I got through it even though my nerves will never be really strong. You have to decide what is best for you.

@William21001 I believe that it's ok to go see a therapist. It may help. Don't believe the stigma that speaking to a therapist means your "crazy". There's nothing wrong with getting help. Asking for help when needed can make you stronger not weak.
