Having the Selfie Expert and Leader slogan, of course the OPPO F7 front camera offers the best quality. Of course so, let alone OPPO has improved this selfie camera with the burden of 25MP HDR sensor that comes with F / 2.0 aperture. OPPO F7 also experienced an increase in scanning capability to 296 face points.
While the Oppo F7's rear camera has a 16MP resolution with an f / 1.8 aperture. This phone is powered by Mediatek Helio P60 processor combined with 4GB RAM memory or 6GB RAM with 64GB or 128GB internal memory.

Vivo V9 can be another option if you want a phone that has a nice camera. Just look at the dual camera debriefing feature on the back with a 13MP + 2MP lens configuration. Interestingly, Vivo V9 also offers a selfie crystal clear AI Selfie camera on the front. A good camera for selfie has a 24MP resolution with f / 2.0 aperture support. It's just that the 24MP resolution front camera is on the Vivo V9 with 4GB RAM, while the Vivo V9 with 6GB RAM is only equipped with a 12MP camera.

Oh in the Philippines, Huawei P20 Pro is quite making a noise because of the camera and everyone here loves to take photos, and selfies so its no wonder Filipinos are excited about the camera features of this phone. But it is really expensive. at about the same price of Apple phones, I think not many are able to afford it yet too. hehe

I'm an iPhone person so can't really suggest any android phones. But I know Huawei p9 is making a great wave in the market because of its camera.
