To be honest I was kind of surprised by the amount that I got this time. I was hoping for something this good but I wasn't "banking" on it. I bought about 12 books this time and would have bought more but I started getting hungry.
I guess that's what happens when you run out the door before breakfast. I had to go by the grocery store as well, but no, I didn't buy anything that I didn't need.
The Expats By Chris Pavone $2.95
The Glass Lake by Maeve Binchy 0.10
The Twisted Root by Anne Perry 0.90
Winter House by Carol O'Connell $1.50
Danger In The Shadows by Dee Henderson $1.00
The Good Guy By Dean Koontz 0.10
Riptide by Catherine Coulter 0.10
Relentless by Dean Koontz 0.90
By The Light of The Moon by Dean Koontz 0.10
Private Screening by Richard North Patterson 0.50
Shadowfires by Dean Koontz 0.10
London Bridges by James Patterson 0.50
Have you read any of these books?
Have you read any works by these authors?
If you have a bookshelf full of books, do you organize them by author?

No, none of those books. I have read ones by Catherine Coulter and Dean Koontz.

My TBR is becoming entirely too large. Oh well, I'll have plenty of room to store these soon.

I am sure I have read the ones by Koontz as I used to read him all the time. I don't know if I have read the one by James Patterson. I have heard of Coulter and Richard North Patterson, but haven't read their books. I have read some by Anne Perry and she is a good author. Maeve Binchy sounds familiar but not sure. The other ones I haven't read before or heard of before.
You are going to have your own library soon. I don't really organize my bookshelves in any certain order. My books are just on the shelf although I do put multiple books by the same author together. I might put them in order according to the height of the books just for the sake of OCD.

I've already ran out of room on one of my shelving units. Okay that's not necessarily true, but the bottom shelf holds my important documents so it's as good as full. I'm going to clear out on shelf that has my teddies and wax melts on it. I can put those things somewhere else in my room and remove the shelf altogether.
I'll probably take a picture once I get things organized but that will be awhile.
Anne Perry was suggested to me the other day. I still haven't found that Low Pressure book but maybe I'll find it at another thrift store.

@morgoodie That is one of my favorite eras to read things in. I want to find more books written about, or in, the victorian era. I am going to have to go to another thrift store for those I think.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I can't really remember which Anne Perry books I have read. I would have to read their synopsis to know. But I found them good. I think most or all of them are set in the Victorian era.

You got a good variety of books and I've read only read London Bridges by James Patterson
I don't organize my books. I just have the ones I've read in one pile and the ones to read in another

I have a big shelf to fill full of books. Not that I necessarily need to, but since I get half store credit from the DVDs I sell, I figured I might as well.
I was thinking of getting labels to put on the shelf and atleast categorizing if not alphabetizing them.
I'll also make room for books I didn't like and want to re-sell.

@ScribbledAdNauseum that sounds like a good way to organize your books

@Marilynda1225 I thought so too. Some of the shelves have a wide gap between them. I'm thinking of getting something to divide those shelves so I can make more shelves. I'll have to take a picture once I get it less cluttered.

I organizee by genre usually. But they are a mess right now because I started packing when we thought we were going to move this month.
I am going to hold off on the thrift store for a couple of weeks I think. I thought I might try to go tomorrow before work but I think I'll just put it off for a little while.
I do have a cash out from another site coming at some point today so I might squirrel some of that away for a thrift store trip.

Textbroker is paying me for the first time at the end of the week. I am thinking of doing their "textbroker university" thing to get better at my writing + get a higher star rating.
I am going to start organizing this onto a different shelf within the next week. I have a shelf that I am giving to another family member because I just won't need it.
I tried calling one of the other thrift stores yesterday but there was too much interference on the line. I may try again today. It is the place that I intend to sell the reject DVDs to.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I haven't done anything on textbroker this week. I will be home till about 445 tomorrow afternoon and may try to do a few articles there to get a head start on next week.
I should do the university thing. To bump up to the next star rating and get more articles available to me

@thislittlepennyearns I just did the first lesson. I expected there to be some sort of quiz or something but it's just information. I was reading someone's blog about it. I think you complete the "courses" and then submit a new article and email them to ask for a re-rating.

Yes this thrift store has some pretty good deals. I've seen anthologies of books for only $10. I am sure they are atleast $30.00 retail.
