Armando Ortiz thanks his mom for writing down the wrong numbers in the Connecticut Lottery Cash 5 that won him the grand prize of $97,328 dollars for matching the five number last month. Armando's mother who has poor vision made one small error by writing down the number of 28 instead of 23 in the five numbers that matched. Had Armando played the number 23 instead of the number he would have won $300 in the lottery prize. Armando thanked his mom for picking the right numbers in the lottery. He has plans to fix his auto, give money to his relatives and place the rest of the money in a bank.

i hope he shares much of that prize with his mom, unlike what happened to that aunt and nephew in canada
Both posing with the giant cheque, the Nova Scotia lottery winners openly feuded over the winnings.
