Brothers fighting for money

It is so bad to see two brothers fighting for parental property. My sister in law's husband and his brother are the two concerned people. The two are fighting neck to neck. The whole family is disrupted and they are facing a lot of tensions.
Can't two brothers live happily together?

It's sad! It's the case everywhere. Money seems no relation

No...if parents act responsibly and take action before the matter goes out of hand, things can always be sorted out.

It is all the fault of parents If they had done a settlement deed all would have been well and the brothers too would be happy with each other

Sadly, this is the case with many families in our society and the problem is with parents who do not make a clear legal will when they are alive and sane.

@amitkokiladitya A legal will made by parents is good. Money matter spoil relationship.
