HOW I PREFER MY YOGURT

so, i started having yogurt only since recently after i enrolled in med skl and discovered how good yogurt could be in helping to sustain gut flora to fight against infections. i still dont really like it that much but there are some flavors that are really good, do you guys eat yogurt and what are your favorite flavors?

here we make natural yogurt and also have to buy ready I like the strawberry flavor and others that comes mixed several fruits
