What did you have for lunch today?

Given that I'm off to an afternoon soiree, I decided to eat light for lunch. I made 1/3 of a package of Trader Joe's Kun Pao Chicken, added some garlic and tomato slices, and called it good. I have to make sure I have my bass, guitar, and some cables for this afternoon. I may have to do a solo set early, and then play with "the band" later. I'm sure there will be food and drink there. What did you have for lunch today?

My lunch will probably be a cup of packet soup or some yoghurt. Don't do what our son did recently and forget to take your bass!

@JudyEv Last Night was really fun. I got to give a "guitar lesson" to my friend's (our drummer's) Granddaughter.

@TheHorse That's exactly what we said to him! It's not like it fits in your pocket.

I´d call my lunch "odds and ends". There was a leftover roasted thigh in the fridge. I ate that. Then I ate some jamón serrano and later on a fried egg.

Souds like what I call "grazing." A roasted chicken thigh always sounds good to me, though.

That sounds like a delicious lunch. I only had black beans with steamed spinach. I consider this healthy

I had a rather heavy lunch today. It was macaroni and cheese with chicken sausage in it, sauteed yellow squash and a big salad. It doesn't sound to bad when I write it down, but it was very filling

Wow, that sounds good. I had leftovers for lunch today (beef steak and marinated fish) and for dinner, I had "sinigang". It is a Filipino dish known for its sour broth.
