Given that I'm off to an afternoon soiree, I decided to eat light for lunch. I made 1/3 of a package of Trader Joe's Kun Pao Chicken, added some garlic and tomato slices, and called it good.
I have to make sure I have my bass, guitar, and some cables for this afternoon. I may have to do a solo set early, and then play with "the band" later. I'm sure there will be food and drink there.
What did you have for lunch today?

I´d call my lunch "odds and ends". There was a leftover roasted thigh in the fridge. I ate that. Then I ate some jamón serrano and later on a fried egg.

Wow, that sounds good. I had leftovers for lunch today (beef steak and marinated fish) and for dinner, I had "sinigang". It is a Filipino dish known for its sour broth.
