We all get our drinking water from different means like tap water, bottled water or from a water filter at our home. We store water in our preferred containers to fulfill our water demands throughout the day.
What sort of containers do you use to store your drinking water?
How long do you store them before declaring them unfit for consumption?

We have a water purifier at home and we take it in a glass when we have to drink. I keep a glass jug of water on dining table and a steel jug in kitchen for cooking purpose. When going out or going to sleep, we fill our steel bottles and take it with us.

@Sojourn Yes, I prefer them over plastic.I am on a mission to make my kitchen plastic free, replacing everything with steel. But that seems an impossible task at times.

@arunima25 We had many steel utensils in our kitchen before but the plastic revolution just replaced them.

We don't usually store drinking water at home just the amount we can consumed the whole week. There is a water refelling station nearby.
