I have to send some money to another country and the other party asked me to send it through the Western Union. Have you ever used it? Do you know how much does it cost? Is there any other money transferring options that you suggest?
Thanks in advance

I sent some money to Belgium and USA with Western Union. It is cheaper than a bank but the cost varies depending of the countries and there is a minimum fee of about 5 Euros, so it is not very interesting for a small amount of money (less than 50 Euros). You should better use PayPal for a small amount, and if you are buying something you should be aware that there is no guarantee with Western Union : if nothing is delivered, you will not be able to complain, it is why scammers love it.

Yes, I use WU to receive money. I could not suggest any alternative because I do not know the location of the recipient and how much is the amount. IF 'millions' I would suggest BANK WIRE if he/she has a bank account. For small amounts I use CryptoCurrency but some countries do not support it. Some people use MONEYGRAM as alternative to WU but it depends on what is available in his/her country/location.
