Few know that your pets can be the best therapy. Whenever you get stressed, try petting your dogs, cats or birds. They take the stress out of us. I love small fluffy pooches. Their soft silky coats, chubbiness, ahh, it’s like toying with your stuffed toys.

Agreed, and there is nothing more soothing and relaxing than the sound of a cat's purr. Unfortunately at the moment I don't have any pets, but I hope to move into a place that will allow them as I miss not having a furball around.

I couldn't agree more. I have a pet named Tobey. He's a toy poodle. He just turned 9 years old two months ago. He's such a loveable dog. He is sweet and smart too. He knows when I am sad and upset. He comes up to me and gives me unlimited kisses. Indeed, the best therapy ever.
