Tuesdays are Crazy Busy

Currently, Tuesdays are my crazy busy day. I teach 4 classes on Tuesdays. My first class is 7am, which means getting up about 6. Class number two is at noon. Then I teach classes 3 and 4 at 5:00pm and 6:30pm. Tucked in between all of that is motherhood. I drive on child to babysit (then pick up). I usually must drive another child to something as well. Two younger kiddos may or may not need something as well.
Today's 4 classes were all pretty fast-paced. If I did those four classes every single day, I'd be skinny. Well, maybe.

Yoga? Pilates? Zumba?
Or all three?
I wish I had the discipline to do one of those.

@jillybean1222 I think I might have tried some yoga poses years ago. I feel like they had some available as part of the wii fit bundle. I don't know that much about it, but from what I do know, it seems like a good way to center oneself.

yes, it's pretty fantastic. i'm currently teaching 14 classes a week. it varies. i have 3 that will probably end in another month or two, seasonal.
