Yes rejection sucks. But I'm getting used to it lol. I don't mind anymore. I just do better next time. Sometimes there is no next time, but there a lot of opportunities.

I try to convince myself with the saying "If there`s a will, There`s always a way". Therefore, I just try and if it really didn`t works out well then that`s the time I surrender and try something else

There are things and times when it is wisdom to persevere and there are times when the wise thing to do is quit and move on.
We never give up on a family member but we may quit a job and find another one.

In those situations, I try to look at the both sides of the coin. Then I decide what to do next.

Well of course my first reaction is always to persevere. But there’s some cases that quitting is the only option if the situation calls for it. What is important is to always do your job by persevering first and quitting is your last option.

I am too afraid to quit. But sometimes sticking do more bad than good. Sometimes quitting is the best option. I can totally relate to you.

I pray! I have a good cry. I ask, why me and why not me? I analyze the situation and ask what happened? Then, with faith in God, I take my best step forward and move on, knowing that one day I will look back on this and no longer feel any pain.

@yoalldudes At times, life is not easy but whatever life throws at us we have to decide our reaction. Perseverance makes more sense to me.

Determiningg that best step forward is the hardest part. And so is letting go. You have a good attitude towards negative life events

@yoalldudes Depending on the event / situation, I can go a few ways. I could break down and cry alone. I could be angry and possibly think about it for days. Or sad and think about it for days. Talk to someone I trust. Or I try to do something to fix it.

@yoalldudes That's exactly right. Sometimes it can be quite difficult to do. But one of the best things to feel is when it's no longer an issue anymore. Love that feeling.

The challenge is really to quickly snap out of a bad encounter or event.

When there are times that I feel like I am rejected, unlucky or failing, I just think of the many reasons why I should keep moving forward. My motivation has always been the people who are dear to me. They give me the strength and courage to face all hardships/difficulties in life. and of course, I pray and ask for God's guidance.
