I noticed that my eyes are in pain because of too much staring at the computer screen both for work and recreation. I cannot help myself from using my laptop because it gives me enjoyment. Not until we have move in to our resthouse where I have my own room to do yoga and exercise and get myself off the screen, I have to do something to help my eyes. So I decided to juice 3 carrots and a ripe pineapple which was chilled in the refrigerator.
It was a refreshing and nutritious treat.

Carrot had vitamin A which is good for eyes. But if you don't monitor your screen time, it will not help

Ha ha yes i know. I will try to unplug if I can. I plan on buying a farm/garden but I'm still saving as it is expensive here and I have other financial priorities. Thanks for your advice.

I know carrots are good for the eyes and I was wondering why I wasn't having issues looking at the screen that much, I have been eating so many carrots. Yey healthy eyes.

@yoalldudes They do make special eyewear for people who look at the computer screen all the time. I can't wear them because I work on drawings and they tamper with the color, but I make sure I take many breaks to not rot out my eyes.

Glad to hear that. It is encouraging. I hope I can be on my laptop as long as I want without straining my eyes.

As far as I know juicing is better because liquid form is easily absorbed by the body. No scientific basis though, just heard somewhere.

For quick relief cut 2 pieces of cucumber, cool or refrigerate it and put it on top of you eyes before you sleep. Yes eating healthy would make our eyes strong in the long term.

@VivaLaDani13 It just takes some effort though - going to the market, juicing, washing the juicer lol.
