A mother is the light of the home and only then can she aluminate effectively if she has a stable psychological and physical state. It is important to stay healthy as we all know and we can only monitor this through a regular check-up. If you are a mother and is already at your mid 20’s to 50’s here are the checklist you might want to follow in order to live longer;
For mothers who are 30 years old and below – you should undergo a yearly pop smear to determine the early stages of cervical cancer. Also the vaccination for Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is recommended.
For mothers who are approaching 35 and at 35 years old – yearly physical exam that involves CBC to check your uric acid, cholesterol, sugar levels and thyroid hormones. Chest x-ray and ECG is also advised.
If you are a 40-year-old mother – mammogram is suggested to detect early stages or possible breast cancer. Your eye and hearing sense may also begin to fluctuate so it is best to include this in your physical exam routine.
Mothers at 45 – it is needed to undergo colonoscopy as this is the onset of a colon cancer symptoms regardless if it runs in the family or not.
At 50 – the twilight years is the most crucial. Our bones begin to weaken therefore a yearly bone mineral density screening can help prevent any fracture.
Let’s bring it on fellow Mothers! :D
