On Wednesday I wet for a blood test. On Thursday the doctors office called to tell me the results.
Imagine my surprise when they told me that my sugar level was all the way up to 203 and my A1C level is up to 9.2.
The they told me that my triglyceride level was out of sight I forget the number.
Plus I am now showing a severe Vitamin D deficiency.
Not only that, there were a couple of other test that were hinky. I can't remember what they were.
What the heck is going on?
I have been doing so good with what I eat and what I avoid. I just don't understand what happened.
Anyway I am now on a super rigid diet and will be seeing the doctor more often until things settle down some.
Apparently they are afraid that I will have another heart attack.
So, how is everything going in your life?

I can help you. I am a diabetic too and have been since 2007 but my whole family is too.
when we eat right and the numbers stay up, your body has to much yeast built up. I learned this by accident years ago. to help balance this you need to have plain yogurt everyday.
When you get the yeast under control you also won`t feel as hungry all the time.
Most people do not know that any starch (potatoes and corn) or fruit adds to the yeast count in the body but they do because of natural sugars.
I am now down to 6.3 from 7.7 just by eating plain yogurt. I know its not tasty but it works. I am also taking half the amount of metforin a day too.
I go next week for my 3 month check up.

I wish you well. I am diabetic. I have been an insulin dependent for many years now. I must admit that I don't watch what I eat sometimes. I tend to eat a lot of rice and fast food whenever I feel sad or depressed. I guess I have to be more careful now (stop those cravings) and live a healthier lifestyle.

There are many reasons why the sugar levels go up. Caffeine is one of the cause and all sodas and teas contain caffeine, not only coffee. Follow the advice of @andriaperry, but be sure to buy yogurt without added sugar.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this! Hopefully you can get those numbers down and prevent another hear attack. My cholesterol is okay, but my triglycerides are very high, 400+, so I try to eat low fat also.

@HazySue I'll say a prayer for you. Are you able to walk a lot? That seems to help so many health issues.

@1creekgirl I wish I could. I need a knee replacement. I am a bad candidate for surgery. So I am having a hard time getting around.

@HazySue stress can affect us all like that - it is a real and present danger though we can't see it

Around 3 years back, i was having similar blood results. But dont worry, dont take tension. Just follow doctor medication and start doing exercises. Everything will be fine

Things are messed up that you might need to correct dear.
I had a good day and also reached the minimum payout here.
